woensdag 1 oktober 2025 My, oh, my! I found out that either the Guardians or the Tigers are going to play the Mariners in Seattle on Saturday. The playoffs are always exciting for me.

The last government shutdown lasted 35 days, from December 22, 2018, to January 25, 2019. It was the longest government shutdown in U.S. history. It occurred during Trump's presidency over a dispute about funding for a border wall.

SHUTDOWN! I'd love to write to my Senators about the government shutdown. Unfortunately, I live in Ohio and my two Senators are part of the TRUMP cult. They have no interest in what Ohioans really need. Their only allegiance is to the Republican leadership who handed them their Senate seats. Both are bought and paid for. INSANITY! 😜
