I laugh out loud listening to a phone conversation between Guy Noir and Pres. George W. Bush. He's alive and well, leanrning French and living in Zürich, Switzerland. Mr. Bush informs us that Switzerland is named after Carl Dean "Alfalfa" Switzer.

Rick interviews Carl Hoffman about The Lunatic Express. Carl describes his experiences traveling on the most notorious, over-crowded trains, planes, busses and ferries from India to the Andes.
