woensdag 6 juni 2012 Up at 4:36. Check out MSNBC. Welcome to the post-Citizens United world. Report - GOP's Gov. Walker Wins By Big Margin In
Wisconsin Recall Vote. I doubt that Wisconsin will stop fighting.
Interesting breakfast - Anchovy and black olive omelet with toast. Turn on KTLK for a while. Bath. Watch The Universe - Constellations. In this episode, the constellations serve as a backdrop for the diversity of stellar objects...and there's a 13th sign of the zodiac - Ophiuchus.
Walk up Westlake to work. Spend the day with the Seahorses and Starfish. The kids play with corn meal in the sensory table. Then we head out to the playground. Today, they're digging in the sandbox. Over to the Starfish for lunch breaks for Anne and Sharon. Lunch. Clean up. Go outside with this group. The transition to the classroom is just a little sad... not really sad. They easily go down for naps. Quiet time for Starfish and Seahorses. The kids sleep well. Turn on The World. They have been doing a series of reports about how oil affects various cultures. Today - Norway’s Example of Oil and Gas Boom Done Right. It's starts with the pretty harbour city of Stavanger, on Norway’s North sea coast, the seagulls are screeching high above the town square adjacent to a sparkling blue fjord.
Streetcar to Denny. #8 bus up to 15th. Walk to Trader Joe's to pick up a few things. They have cute clerks, too. #11 bus to d'town. Nice to be home. Turn on KOMO News. They interview a couple characters from the American Idiot Musical at the Paramount. I like Tunny.
I also like the news about MOHAI - History Is Moving. Yes, history is community, too. Pesto pasta salad with tunafish salad for dinner. MSNBC, please. I get freaky geeky about this... HD video of Venus crossing the sun in various wave-lengths. It makes me appreciate how the planet Earth is in a temperate climate orbit.
I like today's Google Front... homage to Drive-In theater.
In homage, let's watch Samson And The Vampire Women... via MST3K.
Ladies and gentlemen, Torgo the White: Michael J. Nelson.
