donderdag 11 juli 2019 No 11 o'clock news. Watch the science-fiction thriller Push with the lovely and talented Chris Evans.
Then, Italian exploitation film War of the Robots with Antonio Sabàto.
I sleep for a few hours. Nice. Later, I turn on France 24 where they discuss stories making the French and international newspaper headlines - The British ambassador was right about Trump.
It's been a regular thing (on nice sunny mornings) to ride down to Oberlin College. I'll hitch my bike either at the Conservatory or Peters Hall, and I go on walk (short or long). I go where I feel. It turns out to be a Flower Walk today. I find lots of purple coneflowers on Morgan Street - Echinacea.
I turn the corner on Cedar Street, and I see lots of orange day-lilies - Hemerocallis fulva.
My first time to give directions! Someone was looking for a library, and I asked her "Which one?" She explains, "I need to make copies of something." So, I escorted her to Mudd Center, the closest library. I told her that I was kinda new in Oberlin... "but I know some things."
