It's a pleasant 75°F with a mixture of blue skies and clouds. Nice weather for a Summer Visit Day. Huge groups are touring Oberlin College. It's an full-day, in-depth visit. Elm Street is one of my favorite streets. Quiet, residential, tree-lined. I adore this cute little house. And there's the B&B The Buckeye & The Frog. 1880 Victorian.
