Blue skies and abundant sunshine (40°F). So, I sign up for a haircut at Great Clips. The wind is a bit of drag on my bike ride. Temperatures will fall overnight & wind chill values will dip below zero for many. Areas of -20° colder are expected across the Upper Midwest tomorrow!
