Over to Sea Otters where I stay for the rest of the day. I'm glad that Kenn is extra because 8 tods can keep you pretty busy. Streetcar to Denny. Pick up some hot bar and salad bar. Limping. A cute German guys gets on the train and sits across from me. He asks, "Is it going to the airport?" "Yeah." He dozes off. One of his bags has Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. Cute and smart.
Talk with a Delta agent in person. He told me that they usually keep a couple seats open so that families can sit together. So, I think I'm going to be alright. I love riding the light rail. There was a cute Japanese couple with all these brochures. They told me that they were having an "impromptu" visit to Seattle. I pointed out the skyline of Seattle, and they go "Oh!" Back at my place. Watch Hemlock Grove: The Angel.
Next - Haven: Sins Of The Fathers. The dead are coming back and asking for the living to take revenge. Will those Nathan and Duke see be able to explain more about the troubles? Duke... walking around in a towel... is surprised to see his dead dad. "Dad?"

Grocery shopping at Whole Foods. Back to my place to turn on Wait, Wait. Bobcat Goldthwait is on the panel. He cracks me up describing his clown movie - Shakes The Clown. Down to Cat City to see Michael and Gregg... and to pet the cats... and to get a buzz cut. On the ride back, d'town is experiencing some serious traffic issues. Watch Up With Steve Kornacki. Yay! Alex Seitz-Wald wins Up Against The Clock. Michael recommended Hemlock Grove to me. I watch the premier episode - Jellyfish In The Sky.

vrijdag 8 november 2013 Midnight movie - Escape From Planet Earth. It's a very hyper movie, but I manage to fall back to sleep. So, I don't don't know how it ends. A planet called Baab (Bob)? Restless. Up again at 3:27. Watch France 24. Poor France... and bad news for President François Hollande and his socialist-led government as it tries to turn the economy around. Report - S&P downgrades France’s credit rating. It's also Albert Camus' 100th birthday.  A super typhoon is plowing through the Philippines. Haiyan is the world’s strongest storm this year.
Up to 7-Eleven for some coffee. I see some street kids camped out near the WSCTC. Home. Chili on toast for breakfast. Turn on Stephanie Miller. John Fugelsang is guest host. He interviews 20-year-old Zack Kopplin about the fight against teaching Creationism in Louisiana public schools. I haven't heard from him in a while. Still fighting the good fight.
Walk down to the d'town Post Office. Streetcar to work. We're a little short-staffed today. I'm with The Dolphins for a couple hours. Their teacher warns me that the kids are tired. It's true. The girls are rather clingy. We play for a short time on the playground, but they seem relieved to go inside. Diapers, lunch prep, naps. The time change is taking a toll. Their little bodies are still in PDT. Over to Sea Otters. Lunch is already over, and they're going down for naps early, too. Most of them sleep past 2:00... which is 3:00 PDT. Streetcar to Denny. #8 up to B'way. QFC has raised the price of Finlandia. #49 bus to d'town. This bus is always full of young people - from UW and SCCC. Home. Turn on the news. I could see more homeless youth on the streets. Report - Shelter for homeless young adults at base of Capitol Hill set to close. I pass by the JWR every time I take the #8 up to B'way. I'm sorry for those kids. More homeless in Freeway Park... in all the parks.
Chili chicken on chips for dinner. Watch movie - The Avengers.

I'm extra for the Moons & Stars. The group take a walk around the campus. The art at the Robert M. Arnold Building is amazing. The kids really like the mechanical, wire skeleton.  It moves when you flick a switch. Back at school, I take my break. Check KOMO News. Scott posted something pretty nice on his blog.

I get an interesting project. I pick up the raffle baskets from PHS. Man! Those baskets are big and heavy. It sounds like the fundraiser went well. The cart is covered because it's really rainy. I get wet. Back to Sea Otters. These guys are full of beans. Everything seems to be a struggle. Goofing off at the lunchtime. Running around at nap time. Wow. Relieved to go home. Pick up some stuff at Bertall's. Watch Power Rangers Mystic Force: Soul Specter. Chip and Xander are scanning for Dark Magic. They seem to find it. Koragg decides it's time to fight Solaris Knight. Gnatu steals life force from civilians when the Rangers come to stop him.
Watch The Cycle. They talk with Thomas Roberts about the passage of ENDA and his interview with Fired Gay Russian News Anchor Anton Krasovsky. His beautiful blue eyes look so sad. I want to give him a hug. Chili Pad Thai for dinner. Watch movie - MST3K: The Thing that Couldn't Die.

Turn on Stephanie Miller. Yay! She gets on Mediaite - Liberal Radio Hosts Mocks Racism in Tea Party with Tirade of African-American Stereotypes.
Walk up Westlake to work. I'm with the Sea Otters most of the day. We have fun with shaving cream. This is one of my favorite activities.
A friend of mine wants to eat some.
Thank goodness. We have help with lunch prep. I let the lunch mess go until the kids are asleep. I think that they're trying to catch up with the time change. Nap time is magical. Streetcar to d'town. Buy some new jeans at Target - Wrangler Relaxed Fit. Fine jeans, indeed. Up to my place. Watch the news. CNN report - 5 Surprising Things About The Election. And then there's Justin Bieber... in trouble again. Report: Bieber caught spraying graffiti in Brazil. Is he arrested yet?
Anyway... Egg salad sandwich. Watch movie - MST3K: The Touch of Satan. Perhaps, the touch of Stan - CPA.
