Walk to Whole Foods to get some coffee and salad bar. Streetcar to work. 10 to 12:30 - Planning time for Patty. Student Jessica covers for Charmaine. The 7 Sea Otters are playing in potting soil in the sensory table. After a few diapers, we take the kids on a rope walk - just around the block. A parent takes a photo of us with her iPhone.
Then we have our playground time. Lots of fresh air for us today. Inside for lunch. They had lots of snack this morning, so they're not very hungry for lunch. Since Patty comes back a little early, we have some extra help for the busiest time. 12:30 to 1:30 - Dolphins are going down for naps. Easy hour. 1:30 to 2 - Teresa's lunch. The Dolphins keep sleeping. 2 - Patty's lunch. The Sea Otters sleep. Caitlin wakes up whining. A couple other kids wake up. We get out some Gak to play with. Walk up Terry to my place. Eat a quick (late) lunch. Up to the new Elliott Bay Books. It looks great! I enjoy the humor section.
