donderdag 4 november 2010

donderdag 4 november 2010 Up at 2:28. I can't sleep again. Turn on France 24. They do an expose on Bosnia-Herzegovina. The situation is their country is very complicated. Report - Bosnia And Herzegovina, Healing Ethnic Divides. Turn off France 24. Fall back to sleep. Weird dreams. Enjoy the sounds of silence... until the alarm goes off. Rice and black beans for breakfast. Turn on Stephanie Miller. She has discovered an interesting site: What The Bleep Has Obama Done So Far? (But caution. The bleep is really the F-word.) Up to Kaladi for some of Jeremiah's magnificent coffee. I'm glad that I turn south on Boylston. I can see the thinnest sliver of a crescent moon. Beautiful. Back down Spring and over to my place. Nice hot shower. Back to France 24. Report - Chinese President Hu Jintao Visits France For Trade Talks.

Sarkozy is really brown-nosing for this... pulling out the red carpet and a trip to Nice. Walk up to Westlake to work. I linger in the park. What a beautiful day.

10 - Breaks for Kechelle, Erin, Darnell and Olivia. Sunshine Kids and Wildflower energy. 11 - Olivia's lunch. Kris and I take the 12 Wildflowers to the "Stone Park" in South Lake Union Park. The Sunshine Kids tag along.

12 - Kechelle's lunch. Only 2 Sunshine Kids. I eat lunch with them. We read a book and go down for naps. 1 - Kris' lunch. It's quiet time for the Wildflowers. Nice and quiet. Walk over to visit The Stone Park again. It's just me and the stones.

Up to Whole Foods to pick up a couple things. There are quite a few skateboard boys hanging out. Drop off stuff at my place. Another walk. It's such a beautiful day. 67° with bright blue skies. Up Pike to Neumos. Turn on 10th... There are so many interesting things - Moe Bar, Sweatbox Yoga, Atlas Clothing, and Markie Nelson Interior Design. It looks like a dreary street, but there's a lot of fun and intelligent creativity here.

Couscous and chicken for dinner. Watch Star Trek The Next Generation - Starship Mine.
