vrijdag 19 oktober 2012 Up with alarm. Hummus on toast for breakfast. Stephanie Miller and I think and wish and hope and pray it might come true... Just like The Beach Boys.
I'm streaming 1090 KPTK today. Wow. They have a lot of ads about Toxic Mark Hargrove sponsored by Progressive Kick.
Walk up Westlake to work. Open space this morning. Hang out with the Dolphins on the Infant Playground while Cristin finishes a project. The kids like my sand castles... and love even more to smash them. Over to Starfish and Seahorses to set up their lunches. I have 30 minutes to spare. I give myself a big break. It's nice to have an extra person with the Sea Otters... with the milk spills, diaper changes and nap. Actually, their naps are easy. They're tired. Peace and quiet in the Seahorses room, too. Kenn likes my photo of Eddie imitating Mr. Darby. Early risers. Those Sea Otter boys! I take them to the Bike Room. Listen to All Things Considered on my walk to Queen Anne. Interesting report - White Men, A Key GOP Demographic, Discuss The Romney Appeal. Really? Have they seen the polls in Michigan (Obama is leading by six percentage points) and Massachusetts (Obama +18.8)? To know Romney is to hate Romney. Get on your bikes and find a life.
Pick up a few things at the Mercer Street QFC. Catch one of those new RapidRide busses to d'town. It takes 9 minutes (instead of 11).
The bus is packed. I find a seat, but a lot of people stand. Back to my place. Watch Politics Nation. I knew Mitt Romney was diagnosable. Romnesia! Romnesia [Rom-nee-zhuh] Noun—a condition affecting Mitt Romney, who has shifted his positions from “severely conservative” to “severely kidding”—conveniently forgetting the conservative promises he’s made over the past six years that he’s been running for president.
And the crowd goes wild! Stuffed pepper for dinner. Switch to RT. Capital Account is interesting. They interview a Ron Paul surrogate - Lew Rockwell. He explains how the Federal Reserve Enables War, Empire, and Destroys the Middle Class.
