Mushroom omelet and hash browns for breakfast. Turn on Stephanie Miller. Julie Brown joins Steph in the studio for two hours of fun and politics. She did a spoof of Victoria Jackson endorsing Mitt Romney. This is a satire of her ridiculous attitude!
When the Obama/Biden campaign calls and offers you James Taylor you take James Taylor because James Taylor is a national treasure.
Good show! Yay! Streetcar to work. I'm hanging out with the Dolphins and Sea Otters while Mr. Darby plays and sings for us. Take Me Home, Country Roads. The kids can't resist his shiny guitar. Olivia and I take the 4 Dolphins out to the toddler playground. Why do they always smash my sand castles? Over to Sea Otters for Patty's lunch. Kathy is subbing for Charmaine today. I do the nap mats while she does the diapers. Naps are pretty easy. Quiet time for the Seahorses as well. Streetcar to d'town. Drop off stuff at my place. #49 bus up to B'way. Just hanging out and people-watching. #60 bus to Boren. Back home. Watch KOMO News. What? Our Showers May Influence The Frankenstorm? Photo of rainy Seattle on Oct. 26, 2012. (Photo: Puget Sound Clean Air Visibility Camera) Our weather is rather mundane.
Hurricane Sandy becomes the top story on the Nightly News. The Northeast will get hit by early Monday morning.
After watching some PoliticsNation, I switch to an old movie - Red Planet Mars (1952). Peter Graves plays an American astronomer who obtains images of Mars suggesting large-scale environmental changes are occurring at a pace that can only be accomplished by intelligent beings with advanced technology. Fun film which mixes science, politics, religion, world affairs and Communism.
