vrijdag 3 september 2021 Appreciate the opinion of my news friend Jack Jenkins: Look, if it feels like the news—where the *norm* is polarization and a global pandemic, on top of which are added hurricanes, wildfires, frantic evacuation efforts w/terrorist attacks, etc—is a lot right now, allow me to offer my opinion as a news person... It is, in fact, a lot. This is very much NOT normal.

Morning world! Flashback Friday... The Red Hot Chili Peppers did My Friends back in 1995(?). The lovely and talented Anthony, my friends! Reviewing my visit to Ohio in 2010. The family re-union was fun! 😄 Everyone was alive and healthy. A lot changes over 11 years. My nephew is married and lives in Macau now. Historic weather! Waterfalls like Niagra flowing down the NYC subway stations. That's really weird... and very sad! Death toll rises after Storm Ida sparks 'historic' flash floods in New York area.
