donderdag 17 december 2009 Up at 4:02. Turn on BBC News. Report - Yemen 'Foils al-Qaeda Plot' Killing 34. They do an exposé on Yemen - Inside Yemen: A Country In Crisis. Hummus on toast for breakfast. Bath. Switch to Stephanie Miller. She's sick, so they do a repeat show. Up to Kaladi for some of Jeremiah's delicious coffee. Back to my place to read the Seattle Times. Report - Airport Rail Station Opens Saturday.
Down to HomeStreet to ATM some cash. Streetcar to work. I'm with the Dolphins all day for Pam's planning time and her lunch break, then it's Teresa's lunch and some planning time as well. We go to the Bike Room. Wow! Lots of kids are breaking the rules - tearing off the foam from the beams, going up the slide and opening the doors by themselves. Starr does lunch prep. The Dolphins are hungry... and tired. It takes only 5 minutes to get everyone to sleep. Stella takes an hour-long nap. But I take her to the Infant Room when she wakes up to let her friends sleep in. Back to Dolphins at 2:20. They're waking up. Streetcar to d'town. Drop off stuff at home. Turn on The World. I love the report about The Copenhagen Wheel. How smart. (Includes YouTube vid.) It looks like an Ibike. It's an Iphone with wheels.
Short walk up Pike to Harvard Market, down University to Freeway Park, back to my place. Turn on Ron Reagan. He talks about immigration. Report - New Immigration Bill Is Introduced in House introduced by Representative Luis V. Gutierrez, Democrat of Illinois. Watch MSNBC News. I love Keith Olbermann's special comment about the health care reform bill. "The bill is a corpse." Spaghetti for dinner. Watch movie - Life Of Brian.

Olbermann's comment on the health care reform bill made me feel like being turned inside out. Terrible to see all our hopes crushed by the wheels of industry.Keith almost looks as though he's going to burst into tears at one point.
