maandag 22 maart 2010 Up at 2:00. Turn on BBC News. Listen to Outlook for a little while, and I doze back to sleep. Burrito for breakfast. Turn on Stephanie Miller, but Hal Sparks is subbing for her this week while she's on vacation. He interviews The Rude Pundit about last night's vote on health care. Hal and Rude sound a little giddy about the victory. "Health care reform is the law of the land." Teabaggers can go home now. "So, c'mon, you town hall patriots, where's the guns your signs promised? What are you waiting for? Or is it that your cause is lost?" Yeah, well. These characters were in D. C. yesterday causing a kerfuffle while the Congress was trying to do something positive.
Walk to Whole Foods to buy coffee - Tanzania Kanyovu - and their beet salad. The coffee smells wonderful. Up Westlake to work. 10 to 11:15 - Cover for Patty's meeting and her break. All 8 Sea Otters are here today. The classroom seems busy, but it's a fun busy. We head out to the playgound. I get about 15 minutes of fresh air, but I need to go inside to set up Dolphin lunches. Erin sets up for the Sea Otters. 12 - Pam's lunch. Stella doesn't eat a bit of her lunch, but the others linger. Kenn does the diapers. I clean up the lunch mess. 1 - Kenn's lunch. Seven Dolphins are sleeping. 2 - Patty's lunch. They're wrapping up a Observation Meeting. The Sea Otters sleep. Wyatt stirs a few times, but I can easily get him back to sleep. Walk up to B'way over to Kyoto Teriyaki for some Broccoli Beef for dinner later. Back at my place, I turn on The World. They get an international perspective of the passage of the Health Care Reform Bill from reporters from Der Spiegel and the Toronto Star. Watch MSNBC News. Teriyaki beef for dinner. Watch movie - Madagascar 2.
