dinsdag 30 april 2013 Restless night. Watch WLS News. Get the scores and weather. Have a nice day, Chicago.
Switch to KOMO News. Space report! NASA spacecraft captures photos of monster hurricane on Saturn. The storm's eye is 1,250 miles wide — about 20 times bigger than typical hurricane eyes on Earth. And the Saturn maelstrom is more powerful than its Earth counterparts, with winds at its outer edge whipping around at 330 mph.
President Obama has a press conference. Ha! Congress must behave. Quite a list of issues - Syria, health care, immigration, and even closing the terrorist detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Walk up Westlake. Valley Street is such a mess that I need to backtrack to Terry to cross. A few short breaks for Starfish and Sea Otter teachers. We're outside. I feel chilly. Some cranky kids. Up to Moons & Stars to cover a lunch. Quiet time. They're good nappers. Down to Ducklings. They're sleeping, too. They wake up one-by-one. Walk up to the 500 Mercer QFC to pick up some things. They have the Jennie-O Turkey Franks.
#3 bus to d'town. Drop off stuff. Change into shorts. Walk around the Denny Triangle. Back home. Turn on KOMO News. Oops about my turkey franks. Study finds bacteria in turkey products; industry disputes findings.
Beans and franks for dinner. Watch MSNBC. Fall asleep listening to BBC News. Sad story about the children of Iraq. Report - World 'neglecting Iraq's children' Ten years on from the US-led invasion, violence is increasing, life expectancy is falling and children are falling behind in education, a new report says.
