I've mailed my Application To Vote Absentee to the Lorain County Board of Elections . Ohio is very strange. In Washington State, you don't have to apply to vote absentee. You just get your ballot in the mail, and you vote. Then, you mail it back (no postage). The county clerks decide if your signature matches (and even if you're eligible to vote). C'mon, America! Voting by mail is smart! Vote early! Voting by mail is RAD!
