Ladies and gentlemen... Led Zeppelin - Over the Hills and Far Away. Beautiful day for a bike ride. Cruise by La Casa Del Mofongo y Algo Mas - a Puerto Rican place in Lorain. Everyone raves about the mofongo they make - plantains, chicharrón, olive oil, and garlic.

Cross the bridge to the Lakeside Landing... the East Side. The Charles Berry Bridge... the second-largest bascule bridge in the world. Nice breezes. Beautiful views. The lake is looking great!

Confession: I didn't have any Mofongo. Maybe, one of these days. It sounds too greasy. Mike's Own Broccoli Salad is much more healthy.

France 24: Total blackout in Cuba after Hurricane Ian hits, storm heads to Florida. In Cuba, Ian made landfall early Tuesday in the western province of Pinar del Río. The entire island of 11.3 million people was without power after the storm damaged its power grid. Southern Florida and the Keys are getting battered, too. The sustainable wreath on The Queen’s coffin contains flowers and foliage cut from the gardens of Buckingham Palace, Clarence House and Highgrove House, at The King’s request.

Some severe storms roll through the lakeshore counties of NE Ohio. Lightning and thunder add some drama to The Queens's funeral.

Then sunshine! The skies turn blue. Out for a bike ride to count the Ohio State flags in the neighborhood. (I count two). Trump's Fumbling Rally For J.D. Vance Clashed With Big Ohio State Football Game.

That funeral... GEEZ! Let's watch MST3K: Laserblast. An unhappy teenage loner discovers an alien laser cannon and goes on a murderous rampage, seeking revenge against those who he feels have wronged him. But the poor kid transforms into mostly inorganic material. 😮
