Turn on KUOW - NPR: Morning Edition. Another time warp... The Hubble Telescope is Celebrating its 25th Anniversary. In loving devotion, Adam Cole sings for Hubble. It's 51 and partly cloudy for my walk up to Uwajimaya. It's been a while. I get some Shao Xing Hua Tiao. Maybe I'll put some in my Schewan eggplant recipe. Gusty breezes blow me around while I walk up Fourth Avenue. I love the weather.
I just wonder... With so many tourists in our city, do they enjoy being tossed and turned in this late April day? The rain occasionally spitting on them? It's not like the postcards.
At home, I cook a bit. Listen to The Tavis Smiley Show. Lots about Cuba. The U.S. is moving to normalize relations with Cuba.
