I'm into Elseworlds on this rainy day. Barry is the Green Arrow. Oliver is The Flash. Supergirl is herself, but they're on a different Earth.

At the end of Part 2, Deegan uses the Book of Destiny to alter reality again, causing Oliver and Barry to become the Trigger Twins!

Superman becomes a tyrant that rules this alternate Earth. With the Book, every Earth across the Multiverse could be enslaved.
