Up with the sunrise - 7:55 AM. Turn on Democracy Now. They talk about the new film The Great Hack and the story of Cambridge Analytica. The film looks how technology is being used to "hack" people's minds. Does any of this remind you of 1984?

I'm glad that it's a lovely, sunny, Winter day. I bike/walk around town, listening to WOBC who's playing punk - Townies on Acid.
The Punk Rock is fun. Someone switches to Soviet Cyberpunk which has an interesting sound (and history). Then, it transitions to something Lo-Fi, psychodelic and mellow by Chris Weisman.
