vrijdag 30 september 2011 I can't sleep. Watch Rachel Maddow. She has Chris Hayes on the show to talk about Wall Street malfeasance - When Everything Is Broken - and the Occupy Wall Street movement. Switch to France 24. Just trying to keep up with the news of the world.

Mushroom and golden bell pepper omelet for breakfast. Turn on Stephanie Miller. John Fugelsang hosts the show live from AM 1090 in Seattle. Yay! They play Seattle bands - Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Hendrix, even Heart - between commercials. They also talk about the Occupy Wall Street Experience. Interview with Harris Zafar about the campaign to hold blood drives at mosques to honor the victims of 9/11 - Muslims For Life. Shower. Watch Stargate SG - 1: Lost City, Part 1. Turn on Weekday LIVE - Featuring Actor And Storyteller Stephen Tobolowsky. Very funny guy. But I enjoyed the band "Awesome". Really enjoyed them! Walk up Westlake to work. Hang out with Kyle and the Dolphins on the playground. Then over to the Seahorses for an early lunch break for Anne. The kids are tired and a little cranky. Kathy sets up our lunches. Quick diapers and potty time. Over to Starfish for lunch and naps. Lunches for Kenn and Sharon. (Olivia and Cristin are out.) 2 - Toni's lunch. Back to Seahorses. One is already awake. The rest sleep until the end of the hour. I get to chat with Anne about Time/Day... the initiative to challenge the epidemic of overwork, over-scheduling and time famine that now threatens our society. Walk through Denny Triangle to my place. Watch a little KOMO News. Report - Man Who Fled Up Tree Arrested After 9-hour Standoff. I feel sorry for this guy. I don't know the whole story, though.
Walk up Pike and down University for a 30-minute walk. Pasta prima vera for dinner. Watch Stargate SG-1: Lost City, Part 2.

Conk out while watching Dude, Where's My Car? Two potheads wake up from a night of partying and can't remember where they parked their car. Ha!

I think I fell asleep after the Dude and Sweet scene.
