woensdag 23 mei 2012 Up at 3:28. Watch last night's Rachel Maddow. Good stuff. Republican gaffes, lies about Obama go unchallenged. The "Obama is a big spender" is a ridiculous lie. Fried egg and hash browns for breakfast. Turn on Stephanie Miller. Yay! Daddy's home. Hal Sparks is back from his Zero 1 tour. Hot!
I like how I can get AM 1090 on my iPad now. Bath. Walk up Westlake to work. Hang out a little while in the Infant Room. Then over to the Seahorses to cover Anne's visits with her new kids. I do a dramatic reading of The Three Bears. Then we head outside to the Big Playground. It's chilly and it doesn't rain on us. Toni takes some tired and cranky kids (OH MY!) inside. I stay out with the 3 rambunctious ones. Cristin and I take both groups inside for lunch. A few quick diapers. Then we sit down for lunch. They love to chat so much that it gets pretty loud. Everyone naps. Thank goodness. I'm tired. Almost everyone sleeps until I leave. Turn on The World. Toronto is the top city for growing skyscrapers. Report - Toronto’s Housing: Up in the Clouds, Literally and in Price.
Streetcar to my place. Turn on KOMO News. The King Tut exhibit has arrived in Seattle. It looks amazing.
Spaghetti prima vera for dinner. Watch SeaQuest DSV - Give Me Liberté. When Commander Ford and other crew members are contaminated with a deadly virus from a downed space station, Captain Bridger finds himself fighting against the clock and a government cover-up to save them. Then Hardball. Chris Matthews talks about the many topics that are “off limits” when it comes to talking to and about Mitt Romney, and why Romney doesn’t want to talk about his record as governor or his record at Bain. Time’s Mark Halperin - The Romney Interview.
