maandag 7 januari 2013 Up with alarm. Salmon on toast for breakfast. Listen to Stephanie Miller for a few minutes. I'm really in the mood for a Patrick Dempsey movie - The Escape.
Walk up Westlake to work. Hang out with the 7 Dolphins for an hour while Sarah and Cristin take planning time. I deal with a couple clingy kids. It's gets a bit chilly outside. The 5 Seahorses are outside, too. It's Patty's lunch. Charmaine set up lunches while I hang out with the kids. We read a new book - Huff & Puff. There's a great ending. The wolf and the 3 pigs blow out candles on a birthday cake.
I get so drowsy at nap time. Walk up to 500 Mercer QFC. Yum - Sabra sun dried tomato hummus. #4 bus to d'town. Some rowdy kids from The Center HS. Their conversation is loud and spicy. (I love it.) But one rider says it is too loud. Drop off stuff. Another run to Whole Foods to get some more stuff. Yum - Wildwood soy creamer. Uff! Watch the news. I can't help but picture the chaos and carnage when they talk about the Aurora, CO shootings. Very emotional testimony at James Holmes’ preliminary.
