dinsdag 18 mei 2010 Up at 1:22. Turn on France 24. Thailand's government rejects peace talks with "Red Shirt" protesters. Report - No Talks Until "Red Shirts" End Rally. <<< href="http://www.france24.com/en/20100514-reporters-goodbye-belgium-yves-leterme-bhv-brussels-halle-vilvoorde-french-flemish-dutch-speaking-communities">Goodbye Belgium? French and Flemish communities are clashing. The problems lie in the bilingual district of Brussels-Halle-Vilvoorde. Hard boiled egg and beet salad for breakfast. Turn on Stephanie Miller. Oil spill, oil spill, oil spill. They make some references to Rachel Maddow's show - BP's Haste Lays Waste To Gulf Waters - which refers to a 60 Minutes report. Look at this oil fallout... and the exploitation of the earth and cheap labor markets. All this massive over-riding GREED and CORRUPTION is killing us. Shower. Take a little walk around d'town. Light rain. Up Westlake to work. 10 to 10:15 - Margo's break. Nine Rainforest Kids play in the Bike Room. Andy is challenging some kids to get a little suction-cup ball from high places.

Margot needs more time to set out lunches. I can give her the time... besides, I like hanging out with the Rainforest Kids. They get ready for a Construction Walk. Oh, yeah. Seattle has a lot of construction.

11 - Over to Dance Class to give Elaine a lunch. The 7 Starfish are leaving to go back to class. Anne leads the group. I change diapers while Anne get out an activity. Things go pretty smoothly. Anne sets up lunches. 12 - Anne's lunch. The Starfish eat lunch. Just a couple diapers to do before nap time. They conk out. 1 - Renee's lunch. Over to Sea Otters. Only 6 of them. Most of them are asleep... listening to Ray LaMontagne - Till The Sun Turns Black.

Nice music. The song - Be Here Now - is soothing. I spend a whole hour folding laundry. 2 - Patty's lunch. The Sea Otters sleep well. I hear some coughing, though. Evanan wakes up coughing a lot. We read some truck books together. The rest keep sleeping. Walk to my place. Drop off stuff. Head up to #404 to give back a DVD and to get back my umbrella. Down to M Street to get some things. Turn on MSNBC then play today's podcast of The World. The stand-off continues in Thailand. The situation is fairly well explained by a novelist... John Burdett's Bangkok. Play an episode of Legend Of The Seeker - Desecrated. Burrito for dinner. Watch Star Trek - Immunity Syndrome.

Tired. Go to bed. Night.
