dinsdag 2 oktober 2012

dinsdag 2 oktober 2012 Restless night. The cats are restless. Watch HLN. It's crazy how those seats came loose on AA flights. Watch KOMO just for the weather report. Chef Boyardi beef ravioli for breakfast. Turn on Stephanie Miller. Two days before his first face-off with President Obama, Mitt Romney said on Monday that the presidential debate won’t be about “winning or losing” but instead it will be a chance for the candidates to describe the “pathway” on which they’d like to take the country. Switch to a movie - Return To Treasure Island - with the lovely and talented Tab Hunter.
Commute from Cat City to work by foot, train and streetcar. Do a handful of breaks, then I'm with the 6 Dolphins. They go down easily for naps. Next door, I hear quite a commotion. Tough transition to the classroom from the playground. Patty gets the next lunch break, so I need to calm things down. Luckily, Sharyn is extra. There's a big lunch mess, but diapers and naps are easy. Over to Seahorses for Toni's lunch. The kids are napping... except one is rather stubborn about it. He goes to sleep eventually. Back to Sea Otters. It's hard for the kids to sleep soundly with the noises next door. Patty takes her early risers out to the playground. After a busy day, I head home. Check the mail. Train to Cat City listening to NPR. I hear a report that Mount Rainier is an active volcano that is currently at rest between eruptions. Should we be concerned? Maybe.
After changing the kitty litter, I watch KOMO News. Welcome to Seattle, Michelle Obama. She's at the Westin to help raise money for the president's re-election. Turn on MSNBC. News out of Pennsylvania this morning - Courts Block GOP Voter Suppression Laws.
Linguine with spicy shrimp for dinner. The debate is tomorrow.
