Mr. Zeno, who introduces himself as a member of the program, comes to the house to tutor Kenny in special assignments. But Zeno is from an alien planet and is training Kenny to be an agent in changing the Earth's climate prepatory to invasion by Zeno's people. Happy Days' mom - Marion Ross - plays Kenny's mom. Head up to Capitol Hill to check out Brenda The Boring Machine, brunchers, books, billboards and buses (cool, electric antique buses).
