France 24 does the weather. Tokyo looks nice - sunny and warm. Seattle 7 AM / Tokyo 11 PM. Up Westlake to work. I'm extra for the Sea Otters and Dolphins for about an hour. It's really breezy on the playground. When I blow bubbles, they fly every which way. Inside, we read The Gingerbread Cowboy.
Grab some treats in the Staff Lounge. Over to the Infant Room for a couple hours. Most of the babies are awake from recent naps. They need their lunches. Then we do Row, Row, Row Your Boat. Happy, active babies. Over to Seahorses. Dark and quiet here. Dramatic change for me. The kids sleep well. Down to SLU to catch the streetcar. A paddler strips off his wetsuit and puts his gear away. On a windy day like this, he must have had a great workout.

Federal lawsuit: Can Wash. state legally tax marijuana? I wonder if Russians use pot. Russian drugs boss rules out marijuana legalization.
