dinsdag 3 mei 2011

dinsdag 3 mei 2011 And Osama Bin Laden is still dead.
Up with alarm. Oy! I want more sleep, please! Hash browns and a fried egg for breakfast. Turn on Stephanie Miller. We're experiencing a Right-Wing flashback this morning. "We need more torture"... and let's not forget to thank George W. Bush. Fox & Friends Wants To Be Sure Everyone Gives George W. Bush Credit For Bin Laden's Death.

Shower. Watch Glee - Laryngitis before going to work. Walk up Westlake. 10 - Cover for Pam's meeting with Leisha. The 6 Sea Otters are building towers with Legos. Then we get ready to go outside. 11 to 12:45 - Jessica gets planning time and a lunch break. Sabrina covers for Elaine's planning time. I always feel rushed with the Dolphins. All 8 of them are here, playing on the playground. I take 3 inside to do diapers. More time outside. It's a challenge to get them inside. They could play outside all day. Sabrina sets up lunches. I try to read a book to them, but they're not listening. They want to play with their cars. I'm happy to take my break at 12:45. 1 - Cristin's lunch. Nine (9?) Starfish. They all sleep. Toni gets Miss P. to sleep. A couple others wake up early. I take them to the Bike Room. 2 - Toni's lunch. I head back to the classroom to watch the other 7 sleep. Walk back to my place. Make a cup of chamomile tea and relax for a bit. Short walk d'town. Just to Rainier Square and back. Watch Monty Python's Flying Circus - How to Recognise Different Types of Trees From Quite a Long Way Away. I like the restaurant bit where a gentle complaint about a dirty fork leads to suicide and threatened murder.
Then Stargate Universe - Earth. By using the communication stones, some of our friends get a chance to visit Earth and beloved friends and family. Funny. Eli tells his mom that he's Philip Fry - a reference to Futurama. But Colonel Telford is trying to take over command of Destiny.
Watch Hardball and Maddow. I enjoy Chris Matthews' interview with Janny Scott about A Singular Woman.

Rachel Maddow reminds us... Bin Laden sought to bankrupt America (and nearly did). Great countries fall because their economies fail. Osama bin Laden set out to bankrupt America, betting that American leaders would spend trillions -- every last cent in the Treasury -- on trying to defeat him. Video: War On Terror Fought On Bin Laden's Terms. Midnight movie - The Sorcerer's Apprentice.
