maandag 31 januari 2011 Midnight movie - Iron Man. Not a very relaxing movie. Pay attention to all of the action. Turn on BBC News after the movie. I listen to the news, and I finally fall to sleep. Up with alarm. Cheese and onion omelet and hash browns for breakfast. Turn on Stephanie Miller. The Rude Pundit calls in to talk about the protests in Egypt. Post - Regarding Egypt: The Devil You Know Is Still The Devil. Hot shower. Walk up to M Street Grocery. It's true. The store is closed. 32 employees laid off.

Walk down to Seattle's Best Coffee at 4th and Spring. Featured coffee - French roast. Rainier Square concourse up to my place. Watch France 24. It's The Week In Asia. Report - Thailand: Yellow Shirts Join The Red In The Streets. Walk up Westlake to work. 10 - 12:30 planning time for Anne. Lynette covers for Pam. Hang out with the 7 Sea Otters on the playground. The sun is trying to come out. It's only 37° out here. Lynette takes 3 inside because their hands are cold. Cindy does lunch prep. Lunch and naps. Easy. 12:30 - Up to Moons & Stars for Charity's break, then I have my own break. 1 - Pam's lunch. Quiet hour. Lynette and I chat about this and that. 2 - Lynette's lunch. She says that she's going to Whole Foods. The kids say "Byyeee!" when I leave. Walk up to Capitol Hill. The sun disapprears and it gets chilly. Turn on KOMO News. They interview people at SeaTac returning from Egypt. Students, businessmen, tourists are trying to fly home to safety. I see the same reports on MSNBC. Report - Cairo Airport A 'Zoo' As Foreigners Flee. Many commercial flights remain idle on the tarmac waiting for approval to leave.

I'm waiting for Egypt. We're waiting for Egypt. Spock: As a matter of cosmic history, it has always been easier to destroy than to create it. Mike: I am not attempting to evaluate its moral implications. This is the time in Cairo, Egypt.

Richard Engel is hanging in there... in the middle of the fray... to report on the latest for Brian Williams and Chris Matthews.

Chili on toast and chicken tenders for dinner. Watch movie - WALL-E.
