maandag 19 april 2010

maandag 19 april 2010 Up at 4:10. Lay in bed watching Star Trek - Wink Of An Eye.

Turn on Stephanie Miller. The show on Saturday in NYC with John Fugelsang, Steph and Hal Sparks is a big hit! Hooray! They discuss Bill Clinton's comment: Rush Limbaugh Doesn't Make Any Sense. Most of us know Limbaugh doesn't make any sense. Most progressive minded people have been saying it for decades.

Nice hot shower. Walk around the d'town. Listen to Weekday - New Yorker Editor David Remnick On Barack Obama. I'm always happy to glean more personal details about Barack Obama. He refers to his book - The Bridge: The Life and Rise of Barack Obama. Frank Marshall Davis is an influence on a young Barack.

Streetcar to work. 10 to 11 - Planning time for Charmaine. Lydia covers for Patty. Ryan, Alex, Wyatt and I work with the new Duplos. Wyatt wants to take my buildings apart. There are a lot of toys to pick up before going outside. Patty comes back. 11 to 12 - Charmaine's lunch. With the temperatures in the 60's, the kids shed their coasts and sweaters quickly. 12 to 1 - Pam's lunch. Toni is covering for Teresa's planning time. Eight Dolphins quietly eat lunch. I do the diapers, and Toni cleans up the lunch mess. 1-2-3... They all conk out at nap time. 1:15 to 2 - Up to Trailblazers and Explorers for Jessica's lunch. The kids are winding down for their naps. Most of them sleep. 2 - Patty's lunch. Eight Sea Otters soundly sleep. Very quiet for us. Walk down to Whole Foods to get toilet paper, salad bar, Orange Miso Tofu and beet salad. Even though I feel tired, I take a short walk around the Pike-Pine Neighborhood. Turn on France 24. Disgruntled passengers besiege the airlines to get flights. It's chaotic for tourists. Play some stuff from the Golden Robot Army - Andy's 6-man-band who toured Japan.

Turn on some Saturday Night Live... the episode with Ryan Phillipe.

I like the latest edition of “Hip Hop Kids” entitled “We Are Straight Up Trapped in a Bear Cave, Yo,” A nice little children’s-show parody teaching valuable lessons such as, “You need to stop getting figurative and start getting literal.” Watch a episode of Outer Limits - O.B.I.T.
