Russia is suffering from a scorching heatwave and its worst drought in over a century. Crops are dying. People are dying. It seems that they drink too much beer and get drunk... and when they dive into the Moscow River to cool off, they drown. I'm sorry, Russia. Three weeks of this heat wave. Switch to Stephanie Miller.
