donderdag 15 juli 2010 Up with alarm. Turn on Stephanie Miller. She talks about her appearance on Larry King last night. Things got a little rowdy. What do you get when you put Ben Stein, liberal talk show host Stephanie Miller, St. Louis Tea Party founder Dana Loesch, and actress/commentator Nancy Giles on a panel to discuss the "Obama is Hitler/Lenin" billboard? Utter chaos! Video inside. Tea Party Discussion on Larry King Live Turns Into Four-Way Death Match.

Nice comment from syedagmalali: My favorite was the woman in purple (Stephanie). Ah, I love things like this. Keep it up CNN. We'll miss Larry's attempts to "run the show." Rice and fried egg for breakfast. Here's something else... Also, video inside. They're curious about my rice and beans. Nap time is a struggle. A few of them fell asleep in the stroller earlier. Anvi really rebels. When Renee comes back, she calms her down. 1 - Cristin's lunch. The Starfish sleep. 2 - Patty's lunch. It's quiet here with the Seahorses... until Austin wakes up sad next door. Some of the kids stir, but Charmaine and I can get the kids back to sleep (except for Alex). Streetcar to d'town. #73 to the West Edge. Circle around Benaroya Hall and visit The Garden Of Remembrance. Through the tunnel under Rainier Square up to my place. Listen to a podcast of The World. I like this story... In post-earthquake Haiti, one pre-quake tradition has been restored. Thursdays at the Hotel Oloffson are back. The Haitian roots music band, RAM, is once again playing every week to a packed house. They interview the band’s leader, Richard Auguste Morse, in Port-au-Prince. Report - In Haiti, A Musical Pre-quake Tradition Restored. Turn on KOMO News. Breaking news: Tanker Truck Fire Closes I-5 At Tacoma Dome.

Right at rush hour. Traffic is backed up for a mile. The tanker is empty, but the situation is still tense. Switch to MSNBC. I can't believe this picture... No oil is gushing.

Watch some Rachel Maddow. Rice and chicken for dinner. Watch Star Trek - The Changeling. the Enterprise's shields activate when a meter-long cylindrical object attacks the ship with an energy bolt equivalent to the strength of 90 photon torpedoes.

Once on board, the object identifies itself as a space probe named Nomad, and oddly refers to Captain Kirk as "the Creator". Checking historical records, Mr. Spock finds information that the Nomad space probe was launched from Earth during the early 21st Century; its mission was to explore the galaxy, just like the Enterprise.

Nomad is then escorted to a holding area where Spock attempts to study it further. Spock is not able to learn full details from his scans, and therefore resorts to a mind meld with the machine. (Just how Spock is able to mind meld with a machine is uncertain).

Play Futurama DVD, but I fall asleep during Jurassic Bark.
