donderdag 29 juli 2010 Up at 4:40. Watch some France 24. WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange responds to criticisms about the release of Afghan war files. The Debate: Was WikiLeaks Right To Release Afghan War Documents? Turn on Stephanie Miller. She talks about the hullabaloo last night on Larry King Show... and she was part of it. Arguing About The Arizona Immigration Law.

Steph argues with The Executive Director of APP's Latino Partnership for Conservative Principles. He blames Obama for not passing comprehensive immigration reform in the Senate... when he was a Senator. Note to Alfonso – the Senate passed immigration reform. It died in the House. Cream cheese and onion omelet with rice for breakfast. Shower. Streetcar to work. 10 to 10:45 - Breaks for Cristin, Patty and Elaine. 10;45 to 11:45 - Lunch prep and mat set-up for Sea Otters and Dolphins, then it's my break. 12 - Lunch break for Renee. The 7 Starfish are going down for naps. That wasn't so hard. 1 - Up to Wildflowers to give Olivia a lunch. The kids are asleep already (except for David). 2 - Back down to Starfish for Cristin's lunch. Anvi, Piper and Stella are awake (of course). They draw on their clipboards, then its baby dolls, then books... Oy! It's hard to keep up with them while the boys sleep. Both Toby and Jack wake up... "Huh? What's going on?" The streetcar is running late... to my benefit. I get home by 3:30. Nice. Change clothes. Play episode of Weird Science - Fatal Lisa. Gary wishes for Lisa to fall in love with him, but she falls for Wyatt instead turning into an obsessive psycho. Blow a kiss to Wyatt. Mwahh!

Lisa, please! Don't toy with Gary's affections... just to make Wyatt jealous.
Gary: You owe me big time. I've been up all night with Lisa, protecting your virtue. You don't know how hard that is. The woman can vaporize through a keyhole, travel through telephone lines at the speed of light.

Walk down to the library to browse through Frommer's France 2010. Look up Angers and Annecy. I am amazed by the frequent train service in these small cities. I fantasize about going to the beaches of Lake Annecy.

Back to my place. Turn on NBC Nightly News. Another record heat wave for Moscow. This was Seattle last year on this day... The Hottest Day Ever In Seattle! I feel so sorry for the Muscovites. A month-long record-breaking heatwave has sparked nearly 50 fires in the Moscow region and the capital is sweltering under a thick layer of smog. Temperatures reaching to 39C (102F).

And things are getting very hot in Arizona. The showdown over Arizona's immigration law plays on Phoenix's sun-splashed streets.

Turkey and spaghetti for dinner. Star Trek: The Next Generation mini-marathon - I, Borg, The Next Phase and The Defector.
